The first movie this week is the 3D animated, post-apocalyptic 9.  Alex enjoyed it a lot citing the adult-oriented nature of the storytelling, but Dan and Jeff aren’t quite as high on it with Jeff having a few problems with the actual visual quality of the film.  A movie that the whole group can agree on is Whiteout, which no one liked. Get ready for a whole show dedicated to Sega’s opus, the Dreamcast– or so the Idle Thumb guys would have us think.  Nope, not here.  The title actually refers to the final segment that has the guys reading emails about game-related dreams sent in by listeners.  Those silly wizards. The is the most game-focused PAX podcast yet with the guys going in-depth on a lot of games which they saw at the show.  The first half was recorded in the hotel room in Seattle , with the second part recorded in the car on their way back to San Francisco.
