We have a longer show this week in light of some bigger news items hitting over the past few days. Gamer with Jobs hit their 200th episode, so congratulations to them. Jeff Green announced that he has left EA and will be moving on to something else. GamesCon is happening and there may be some announcements, but this also means that it may be a slightly lighter week of podcasts.
Bioshock Infinite kicks-off the game discussion and we are all interested to see more about Ken Levine’s latest. Erik has been enjoying Monday Night Combat and is looking to get some more people to join him in some multiplayer sessions. Also, QuakeCon yielded a cool look at Jon Carmack’s successful (and beautiful) endeavor to get Rage running on iPhone, but the big discussion centers around rumblings of a PSP/Android hybrid. Jon and I dig into it, and maybe go overboard a bit if Erik’s opinion is to be trusted.
The show finishes with a few words on Scott Pilgrim and shout-outs to the CM crew and a new addition to our team.

Glad to hear Erik giving Monday Night Combat some love. It came out of nowhere for me but it's alot of fun, the mixing of genres gives you alot to do which keeps it really interesting over extended periods. I played a ton of it over the last week with a couple of buddies, the horde-esque mode "Blitz" is great, the addition of the tower defense aspect to that formula makes it crazy hectic as you run around trying to build, upgrade or repair the turrets.
If anyone is remotely interested in the game I'd definetly suggest trying out the demo, it's worth giving a go and more than worth the money.
