This weeks movie is Knight & Day and the TRS guys are surprisingly high on it. Jeff starts things off by saying that the film is alot of fun, he makes note that Tom Cruise‘s consistently positive character makes for a fairly unique situation. Alex and Dan pretty much reiterate his sentiment, all agree it’s very funny with some great action sequences and is surpisngly unique.
With E3 having just finished there aren’t alot of new games to talk about so Jeff decided it’d be a good idea to focus on some smaller games. Kicking off with Bit. Trip Runner for Wiiware, which may very well be one of the hardest games in recent years. Alex says while the satisfaction and discovery of new things in the game bring alot of joy the difficulty barrier is too high for him to recommend it.
With the recent release of the iPhone 4 the guys thought it’d be a good idea to recommend some iPhone/iPad games. Jeff picks Robot Unicorn Attack, making note of it’s brilliant use of the Erasure song Always. Plants vs Zombies gets some love and Alex finishes up by recommending the very popular Angry Birds. The show closes out with twitter questions.
