The Gizmodo/iPhone 4 leak story continues. Leo brout on This Week in Law‘s Denise Howell to talk about the latest development in this story, the raid of Jason Chen’s house. She provides some informed commentary about the legal implications of Gizmodo’s actions. Jon and Andy, while clearly on Apple’s side on this issue, offer some solid points as well.

There is some other bits of news this week, including Israel unbanning the iPad and Steve Jobs potential appearance at the All Things D conference. There is a big discussion about recent comments about Apple’s lack of openness, and this leads into a discussion about the iPad and the lack of quality apps currently available.

Andy shares his experience with the iPad camera connection kit, which supports usb audio input and keyboards, and the group has some good software picks to finish the show.

Gizmodo raid, iPad bans, iPad apps, when will WWDC be, and more.
