Windows Phone Series 7 is the big topic again this week since Microsoft released even more details during MIX10. There are a lot of topics covered here and the guys cover the revelations that there will be no copy and paste or what is considered true multitasking upon initial release. It isn’t all negative though with Paul and Chris excited for what the future holds for the platform.

Palm is in bad shape after a recent earnings announcement and things don’t look to be getting better any time soon. Joshua has a penned another open letter of sorts to Palm about what they should do to better their situation. The idea of a HTC/Palm merger makes a lot of sense here after some explaining.

The Nexus is one is now available on all carriers and Chris is praising Google’s tenacity to go outside the usual carrier model. While this is nice to see, this has resulted in the Nexus One not reaching the sales that other big handsets have, but people that are pushing this story are somewhat missing the point.

Three mobile phone platforms struggle for dominance in the real world (the Real World) and in the Engadget Podcast (the Fake World).
