The two studio heads/co-founders have been let go in what is assumed to be “difference in opinion” between them and Activision. The group gives an overview of the situation and discuss their takes.
At1UP proper starts with some more Olympics/Canada talk before the group touches on a couple recent 1UP features including one about fanfiction with some great Kirk on Spock art by Travis. Lord of the Rings Online gets some time with Travis and Jade fellowshipping their way back to Middle Earth. Mike touches on Miles Edgeworth and Jade is entrenched in a Dragon Quest VIII blind box obsession.
Zombie Action News makes its triumphant return and TV talk closes out the show.
