It’s a packed week for the Joystiq boys. Justin starts off with a complete trashing of Heavy Rain. He says the story is awful and the acting is equally bad. Chris and Ludwig haven’t played too much of it yet, but they aren’t disagreeing with his assessments. BioShock 2 is still on the guys’ minds and they are still positive on the game.
There seems to be some wonkiness with the Mass Effect DLC that causes problems when resuming games if you are not connected to Xbox Live. The StarCraft 2 beta and Civilization V garner no interest here, but the ‘Stiq crew has never been too into the PC side of things. Word that Dimps is working on Sonic 4 instills a little more faith in the forthcoming sequel.
There is an absolutely classic moment this week in Justin’s reaction to an email about a Fable II achievement. This moment alone makes this episode worth catching. A Mass Effect 2 Spoiled Rotten segment finishes the episode after the regular show.
Covered games and topics: Heavy Rain, BioShock 2, MAG, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, Mass Effect 2 DLC troubles, StarCraft 2 beta, Civ V, SFIV iPhone, Windows Phone 7, Sonic 4 by Dimps, Justin loses it over Fable II achievement, emails, Mass Effect 2 Spoiled Rotten
Though we’re still talking about MAG, BioShock 2 and Mass Effect 2, we’ve added Heavy Rain and Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth to the rotation for your listening pleasure. Also, as you might have already gathered, we’ve got the world exclusive audio trailer for BioShock 3 from our friend Josh. Go suck an egg, Keighley!

Finally, someone who didn't drink the Kool Aid.
what exactly is a spoiled wrotten segment?
That's an excellent question, "Spoiled Rotten" is the "clever" name they thought up for a segment full of spoilers. So, in this case, you should probably skip the end of the podcast if you're wary of Mass Effect 2 spoilers.
