After briefly touching on Bioshock 2, the GameSpy Debriefings inexplicably starts off with a little bit of talk about Viva Piñata and Anthony’s pragmatic style of play. On the topic of Rare, both Miggels and Anthony share their love for Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts and dig up some old qualms that Ryan had with the game’s unreadable text on SDTVs.
Fortunately, the conversation swings back to Bioshock 2 and Altano lends a lot of praise to the game’s atmosphere, particularly the sound design. He goes on to say that he was worried about the game’s storyline considering it wasn’t handled by Irrational Games (developers of the original Bioshock), but he ended up totally satisfied when all was said and done. Anthony backs off the positivity for a second and talks about the underwhelming nature of a sequel to such a prolific game.
All of the Modern Warfare 2 exploits have finally gotten to Miggels, who has recently decided to boycott the game until it’s patched. Fortunately, Infinity Ward finally pushed through the update today that fixes that the Akimbo Model 1887′s/Care Package Grenade Sprint Speed bugs that nearly made the game unplayable as of late.
