Last weeks best of the decade show bleeds over into this weeks episode as listeners tweet in their personal picks. With CES taking place this past week 3D tech is on everyones mind, the guys aren’t convinced it will take off in the home but are at least intrigued. The backlash toward Microsoft game room surprised everyone as they think it sounds like a pretty cool idea.
More lists take up the second part of the show, this time the crew are listing off their Top 5 games of 2009. Aside from Phil’s inclusion of Pokemon Rumble there’s no real surprises here, while they may not agree on the placement there is definitely a consensus on the games included.
The first what have you been playing segment of 2010 is kicked off with CJ having finally finished a game from 2008 in Dead Space. Greg Ford has finally got round to playing Batman: Arkham Asylum, he echoes the love everyone has for it and the debate about using detective vision too much comes up briefly. A combination of trying not to make the show too long and not having done the segment since the end of the year means the guys hit alot of games very quickly to close out the show.
