The last new Bombcast for 2009 is set up as an all email show, mostly based off of there being no news or new releases. It should be noted that this episode doesn’t appear to be edited as much as usual and there are a lot of awkward pauses. After Jeff and Ryan quickly discuss their plans to visit a local buffet, the emails begin with a bang featuring one of Jeff’s favorite topics–achievements.
An interesting email asks the guys if they have ever thought about what would happen if they lost the use of one of their hands to which Ryan responds, rather morbidly, that he thinks about it often and dreads the notion. Another email asks about how often the Giant Bomb staff disagrees on a review score and they explain that while they do have different opinions, they feel all of their review scores are justified.
