The show starts off with some pretty passionate discussion of Modern Warfare 2 in the what you’ve been playing segment. Guest Dan “Shoe” Hsu and Tyler have been loving the game lately and praise the constant rewards it hands out, making for a seriously addictive experience. Anthony seems to have enjoyed Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, with the unique features of the Wii remote put to good use.
The second segment is all about the recent announcement of Bitmob and Area 5′s involvement in the relaunch of EGM. Matt and Shoe clear up alot of the misconceptions that arose after the announcements. Bitmob will be doing the news for EGM while Area 5 will be doing a monthly video show and neither Bitmob.com or CO-OP will be going anywhere.
Listener mail closes the show out as always, this week things start off with a surprisingly lengthy talk about baldness. An interesting discussion is born from a letter asking what the guys thing of the gaming potential from the rumoured Apple tablet. The consensus seems to be that it could lead to some interesting games but whether it could be a successful platform isn’t clear.
