In the first segment, Matt Helgeson is joined by Andy McNamara, Matt Bertz, and Phil Kollar to discuss their recent top 200 games of all time list. They’ve received numerous scalding emails accusing them of just throwing a list together randomly, but assure the listeners that there were 6-8 hours of meetings with lots of yelling involved in putting together the list. Everyone admits that they had their own biases but all ended up having some of their favorites thrown off the list.

For the second part of the show, Andy McNamara hangs around with Matt H. and they welcome Andy Reiner to talk about their potential games of the year for 2009. Uncharted 2, Assassin’s Creed 2, Borderlands are mentioned as possible winners with games like Shadow Complex and Ratchet & Clank as dark horse contenders. All three seem to agree that games released beyond a few months ago, like Batman and Infamous, may be hard pressed to make it to the top of lists.

In the final segment, Matt is joined by Phil Kollar, Ben Reeves, and Jeff Cork to discuss 2009’s most overlooked games.
