It’s a duo of sci-fi flicks with “the” in the title this week. Neither movie really won the guys over with The Box meandering through its 2nd act, and The Fourth Kind trying too hard to be taken seriously. The Box is probably the one more worth checking out though.

In the spirit of summer, the guys picked up some kites, Star Wars kites to be exact. They finally get them put together, but the attempts at getting them in the air are markedly less successful. Let’s hope for a follow-up segment in the future so we can see those space ships flying like they were meant to.

Dragon Age is 1st up in games this week, and although everyone enjoyed it, Jeff is practically in love with the game. Dan hails the dialogue as being among the best he has ever experienced in a game. DJ Hero doesn’t win over the guys nearly as much with placement of the peripheral being a problem for Alex and Dan. The limited appeal of the game’s soundtrack also plays a part here.
