Another early episode of DGR this week brings us a very inebriated Moe, who honestly makes this episode fairly difficult to listen to. As usual a drunk dial and mailbag segment starts off the show. A couple of emails challenge the DGR crew’s apprehension to Forza 3 having a second disc that needs to be installed, which they proceed to defend.
Reviews this week contain a pair of download only games with Silent Swords for the iPhone and Pinball Pulse for DSiWare. Hilden feels that Silent Swords is interesting, but some mechanics could have been done better and John thinks that although some people may question the price on Pinball Pulse, it is better than some pinball games. The retro review for the week is Lode Runner 3D for N64, which Moe thinks didn’t need to make the jump to the third dimension.
The feature presentation for the week sees the guys sharing some of their favorite lesser known video game websites. Five things closes out the show with discussions on the direction of Rock Band 3 and how much Moe is now loving Borderlands.
