There is more controversy in Guitar Hero land. No Doubt are the latest band to be unhappy with their likenesses being used in-game to perform other artists’ songs. The collectors edition for God of War III has been announced and it contains a whole bunch of stuff that you don’t really need.
Netflix has started shipping the PS3 discs, and the guys go into the BD Live implementation that it will be using. Battlefield Bad Company 2 will be getting a PS3 exclusive beta next month. We are slowly seeing the market even out when it comes to exclusives, timed or not. Chris has played some of the remastered God of War Collection, and he relays that the 1st game looks fine, but the 2nd one looks amazing.
The Hero series is on the verge of losing any favor it has left with the Podcast Beyond crew and they share some of their thoughts about it here. The state of the PSN and lack of PSP mini releases close out the show.
