Halo ODST starts this one off with the guys questioning why people have a problem with the length when a game like Guitaroo Man was full priced and was even shorter. Value has been a big issue surrounding ODST and the increasingly prevailing opinion seems to be that it is worth its $60 price tag.
A demo for Brutal Legend is out and the combat and writing get some love here while the new XBLA brawler, The Warriors, gets a big thumbs down from Phil. He is enjoying Katamari Forever though and it sounds like if you are not tired of the Katamari gameplay, it is worth picking up. CJ has been playing the Forza 3 demo, but despite enjoying it he says he will probably not be buying it.
The best segment of the cast this week involves CJ complaining about the achievements in Pinball Hall of Fame The Williams Collection while Phil vehemently argues that they are fine. This goes on for about 5 minutes before Phil looks up the achievements and finally agrees with CJ. It’s always enjoyable when Phil gets worked up over small things.
