Get ready for some more Beatles talk because the Gamers with Jobs guys are eager to share their opinions on the game and they don’t hold back. The tout the universal appeal of the game, but feel like it might be a little short. They also aren’t too excited about having to purchase a lot of songs that they feel should have been in the package.
MMOs get some time here with Shawn Andrich talking about the Aion open beta. He shares that this feels like WoW more than any other MMO out there and he is enjoying it. Instead of flying mounts, Aion allows you to grow wings for world travel which Shawn says really feels different and unique.
The guys hit some emails and follow-up on last week’s topic with what their listeners think a good seventh question would be to define a good game. The cast ends on an interview with The Beatles: Rock Band Lead Designer Chris Foster. There is a lot of information in this interview that hasn’t been talked about with such detail anywhere else.
