It’s a day late, but Command Prompt made it out this week. The PC version of Resident Evil 5 is now available and it has Steve and Jeff talking about how Capcom seems to have started taking their PC ports more seriously. Majesty 2 also gets some time before Steve gets deep into Champions Online. He has been playing the game a lot recently and he praises the intricate character creator.
Command Prompt tends to be fairly MMO-heavy and things are no different this week with Steve talking about a piece he wrote concerning the top 10 problems with MMOs. There is a lot of good ground covered here and you should check out the feature over on IGN.
Bethesda is not happy with how Interplay has been handling the Fallout license and they are filing suit. The group discusses this and it sounds like Bethesda is in the right here. Steve shares some of his opinions on Tropico 3 and Marissa talks about Funcom’s latest MMO The Secret World. Funcom has a lot of experience in the MMO genre with Anarchy Online and Conan so it is interesting that their new game falls in neither the sci-fi or fantasy genres.
