Richard and Dustin are out in Seattle PAX so it’s a 3 man show this week with Xav and Alexander being joined by Xbox Canada’s Community Manager Jake Reardon. With most of the industry showing games at PAX there is not much game news so this episode is largely dedicated to emails.
Batman starts out the past week’s games segment with Alexander trying to explain how to get the 40+ combo achievement and Jake talks a bit about Shadow Complex. Xbox avatars comes up and Alexander queries the possibility of having an avatar wearing a Beatles T-shirt in Guitar Hero and Jake responds that it is completely possible.
There is not much substance here, so unless you are just an X3F fan, you can probably skip this one this week.
Even with Richard and Dustin heading off to PAX, the X3F train rolls on. Alexander and Xav tackle a pile of Fanmail and bring special guest Jake Reardon (Xbox Canada’s Community Manager) along for the journey. We laugh, discuss the gaming industry and drink brandy from fancy glasses … like gentlemen.
