Weirdly enough, one of the least game focused podcasts is one of the first to be out in time to talk about the newly announced PS3 Slim. While everyone welcomes the smaller design and price drop, Mike is the only one with plans to purchase it. Sony better hope that this isn’t how it will be received on the mass market level.
Justin Haywald is on again this week to talk some more about Professor Layton and happy with the new “hamster training” aspect of the game– maybe you just have to play it to appreciate it. Mike and crew touch on some recent events they attended in San Francisco’s Japan Town, and Shirk shares his tale of a habanero-in-eyes mishap which took place at a barbecue. There a lengthy District 9 discussion as well so beware of spoilers.
