Fallout 3 saw is last piece of downloadable content this week with the Mothership Zeta release on Monday. Bethesda has done an amazing job in keeping the game fresh and Vinny played through almost the whole thing over the weekend, so there is plenty of talk about it here. If you haven’t picked up Fallout 3 yet, you may be better off waiting for the inevitable “game of the Year” edition that will release this holiday with all the DLC though.
The Matrix Online shut down with all of its servers going off-line on July 31st. Leading up to the game’s demise, Ryan and Vinny took time to get into it and experience some of what it has to offer. They were also there at its last moments and recorded all of their escapades over on Giant Bomb.
With the new Xbox dashboard update coming on August 11th, there has been some news out of Microsoft with word that full-game install sizes are WAY down. Who knows how this works, but this is a very welcome change, especially with the exorbitant price of the hard drives.
