It’s “Shirk Week” this week at 1UP. In honor of Discovery’s Shark Week, Mike Cruz and Co. are pitting sharks’ vicious rule of the ocean against Matt Shirk’s semi-informed views on random topics. This match-up really makes no sense (since it is not a competition of any sort, and we made it up), but you can follow the progress on the at1UP blog page over at 1UP.
It wouldn’t be an episode of at1UP without some Zombie discussion. This week the crew discusses a 1UP user-pitched zombie MMO. With zombies’ dominating popularity in games recently, it is just a matter of time until this happens.
The show wraps up with some TV talk when Jade backs-up Mike Cruz’s love of Cake Boss. Mike also shares some love for another crazy show, Dating in the Dark.
In this episode, Mike, Jade, Travis, and Matt talk about the office game giveaway and gems they’ve found in the free pile.
