More Bionic Commando and Terminator Salvation talk. There isn’t much more that can be said about these games. You’ve heard about them; you know they aren’t that good; buy at your own risk.
Anthony had a chance to see Red Dead Redemption first hand and he shares some of his impressions here. It sounds like there are some pretty amazing things going on with how Rockstar is rendering and dealing with the artificial intelligence of the wildlife in the game. All you have to do is take a look at the horses in the trailer and you know there hasn’t been anything quite like this done in games yet. And no, Afrika doesn’t count.
The letters section takes up almost the full last half of the show. As they like to do, the guys get onto the topic of games journalism and stay there for a while. They really run the gamut, but again touch on the topics of “snarkiness” in the modern games press along with how news is and should be delivered.
