The crew is discussing some movies this week including the horribly titled and executed Fighting. It sounds more than forgettable, but maybe the joke fodder it provides justifies its existence.
Phoenix Wright and the classic Bionic Commando are the only games that get covered this week. If you are into torturing yourself go play some Bionic Commando. If you are into getting pulled in by some wacky and enjoyable cartoon courtroom drama, give Phoenix Wright a go, there are about a billion of them so you will be able to track a copy of one of them down.
Sports come up a bit with talk of the Kentucky Derby and Mike’s love of Manny Pacquiao. Apparently the guy is amazingly fast, but the rest of the crew don’t quite share Mike’s passion. This leads into a discussion on a The Amazing Race scenario where the at1UP crew has to pee their pants to win $1 million.
Also, we get a shout-out at the end! And our quest for podcast world domination inches on– Look for some things that include the at1UP crew around these parts soon.
