Podcast Beyond, Episode 89

by Jonathan Downin in GamesApril 30th, 2009 @ 10:10 pm

Podcast BeyondThe rumored PSP Go! gets a little talk time up front, but the strange thing is that it doesn’t get too much time.  This is a common thing in podcasts since the semi-confirmation of its existence.  This is a bit strange.  Maybe everyone is just waiting for the official announcement before they talk too much about it.

Greg attended a ton of events over the past week and he has another one of his classic audio diaries to chronicle the events that took place.  There was much drinking, but not so much information.  Apparently he beat some of Naught Dog leads in mutiplayer on their own game, Uncharted 2.  There is some decent information from the Zipper MAG interview though.

The guys sound like they have had quite a bit of hands-on experience with InFamous and are as excited as ever about it.  They also confirm that they will have a review up for the game before its release.

Chris, Greg, Ryan and Sam are feeling pretty good about themselves. Having just won the International Men’s Awesome Championship, the PlayStation Team is ready to record yet another fine episode of Podcast Beyond. Today’s show is actually quite special, as Greg can finally reveal his interviews with the folks behind Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Infamous and MAG. With so many fantastic games on the way, what will the team do? Party. Party hard.
