At the launch of the iPhone many people were up in arms about the lack of flash.  I’m not sure too many people really care anymore.  What do we really need it for at this point? It has taken them a while, but it seems like the Joystiq Xbox guys have finally fixed most of the issues with their podcast feed.  The transition wasn’t exactly smooth, but the problem are being taken care of.
