Some ironic love for House of the Dead from the GameSpot guys.  Sounds pretty “gorrific.” GameSpot does not have a system in place for reviewing DLC, so they don’t have an official score, but Justin Calvert appears to have liked it quite a bit.  A reference to Road Rash was thrown out and that is definitely a good thing. Bubble Yum soft drinks and Hershey’s Chocolate Bubble Yum–  no better way to start a Bombcast. As is to be expected, the guys are loving SFIV.  Don’t be surprised if this shows up at the end of the year on Giants Bomb’s game of the year awards. The TRS boys have finally hit 100!  At just under 2 years old it’s hard to remember what we were watching before this came out. Dustin, Dustin, Dustin…  Such an endearingly weird character you are.  Richard is the guy who keeps it all together, but Dustin is really the guy that keeps you coming back. We have a new podcast being added to the line-up around here to start out the week.  It’s comprised of former EGM editor, Chris Johnston and former GameNOW editor Phil Theobald.  A new regular addition that many of you may know, is recent ex-1UPer, Greg Ford. Co-op – 0002: Operation Apple

The second episode is out! The games covered this week are Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage and Skate 2.  The Fallout DLC seems to be unique in that it really is a Call of Duty style, action based expansion. As you can see in the post for this episode over at Area 5, the guys have secured some funding for CO-OP for the next 4 episodes.  This is great news as we can look forward to the guys being able to continue putting out episodes. If you are into comics this is an episode not to miss.  There are so many comic games coming out. Everyone that talks about DC Universe Online always has good things to say about it.  From the footage it looks very MMOish.  Aesthetically it looks pretty bland.
