Windows 7 seems like it’s ready for release. I’m sure there are many things under the hood that still need to be polished, but the consensus from the beta is that it seems to be in better shape than Vista was when it shipped.
Internet Explorer 8 appears to be getting good impressions as well. What is going on with Microsoft these days? They are actually producing some quality stuff? I’m glad to see it.
