Peter and Ryan have their frist show of the new year. They kick it off by discussing a few details regarding the approaching release of the gdgt web site. Though it will not be a blog, they will have live event coverage at live.gdgt.com, which will be great.
Just to keep us in torturement, the guys are of course talking about CES and Macworld. Just a few more days. And of course this wouldn’t be an episode of gdgt without some netbook talk.
CES and Macworld are right around the corner, which means this week we’ve got a moment to reflect on all the great (and not so great) new things these first tech mega-tradeshows of the year will bring. Of course, we’ll be paying close attention to Palm’s Nova announcement, Sony’s Vaio P and Dell’s Adamo, as well as Apple’s starting lineup.
We also have a bit of gdgt-related news as well: we haven’t said anything much about timeline up until now, but we’re working hard to get gdgt fully launched in Q1 of this year. And in the mean time we’ve put up gdgt live, our live coverage site for stuff like the Macworld and CES keynotes. Happy new year, and thanks for making 2008 such a bang-up year for gdgt weekly!
